Service description

Market feedback service directed to EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries that aims to support defining the value capturing model, exploitation model and prepare for the next steps in the commercialisation. The service consists of a) understanding the initial value creation part of the value chain, b) defining the initial go-to-market / market transition strategy, c) validation of the hypothesis with real market players and forming the validation/exploitation partner network, d) refining the go-to-market plan, e) defining the next step resourcing plan/funding proposal and f) acquiring resources for commercialisation and development. The expected duration of the service is 6 to 9 months. EIC beneficiaries will increase their network of pilot clients and potentially draft a funding plan/proposal. Online/hybrid implementation.

Financial requirements

Free of charge for the planning meeting. Activities will be charged at a specific hourly rate (€120 – €150). Payment can be in cash or a potential sweat equity.
