The outcome is a 10+ page individualised report followed by a 3hrs debrief online coaching session. Disclaimer related to service

The candidate will need to obtain a minimum of four, maximum 6 Observer Assessments. The process is completed on-line and delegates should be allowed up to 2-weeks to complete the full assessment, allowing enough time to gather their observer inputs.

Financial requirements

€250/hr – 3hrs + report from supplier. Total Package: €900/individual.
