Service description
The service aims to provide tailored support, according to the maturity of the EIC beneficiary’s technology, for the definition of the Fundraising strategy and the assessment of the Value of the Invention and/or of the Company. The service entails: Fundraising strategy definition, Pre-money valuation, Fundraising assistance, Sector-specific and niche-specific Matchmaking (e.g., with investors). EIC beneficiaries will have the opportunity to identify alternatives to fund their project, choosing and adapting their strategy. They will learn how to gather data to benchmark their technology and forecast their business. They will learn how to exploit and assign value to tangible and intangible assets based on multiple factors like quality of the team, ability to work together, market size based on their value proposition as well as financial metrics, and ability to monetise or generate revenues from an early stage on. They will be able to define the fundraising strategy and dilution necessary to reach the expected exit as well as negotiate with private investors during their fundraising rounds and deals. EIC beneficiaries could profit from Bi.P.ca sector-specific network, attend brokerage and matchmaking events and participate in trade fair sto meet investors and venture builders. The time and duration of the service depend on the needs of the EIC beneficiary from a minimum of 4 weeks for each analysis. The service can be implemented online, in-person or hybrid according to EIC beneficiaries needs. The modality will be agreed within the engagement step.

Financial requirements

Quotations range from 4,000 to 25,000€ VAT excluded. Quotation may vary based on TRL and rising capital target. 

Disclaimer related to service

The first check-up will be free of charge for EIC beneficiaries. When, the full package or multiple services are requested, a special price for the EIC beneficiaries will be offered. The full payment will be required in case of single service. Discounted prices can be offered to attend brokerage & matchmaking events to meet investors. Success fees for fundraising could be envisioned and agreed. Terms and conditions are negotiable according to the Funding Scheme, the selected analysis, time and duration of the service. NDA will be signed by Bi.P.Ca and EIC beneficiaries.
