We offer comprehensive support, including talent acquisition strategy development and execution, HR professionalisation frameworks, psychometric assessments of leaders and teams, leadership and team development, HR policy formulation, and organisational (re)structuring to ensure your venture is equipped with the right people, processes, and structure for sustained success. EIC beneficiaries are onboarded by our team to set clear goals and align on the scope of the deliverables matching them with the desired outcomes. An experienced human capital/HR expert will be assigned to the EIC beneficiary and will further validate the requirements of the support needed and share details on the service delivery and the collaboration required.
