Service description
A 12-weeks long intense programme delivered in 4 modules, with a final optional US landing support module. The programme is meant for mature scaleups planning to enter the US market and is customised for each participant but retains the following general structure: 1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of your business position in the US market, identify your unique product strengths, and target your ideal US customer profile; 2. Engage in an in-depth analysis of your standing in the US market, understand competitor strategies, gain targeted insights, and make informed decisions to establish your brand's niche; 3. Maximise your resources, craft a strategic US market entry plan with expert collaboration, understand trends and behaviours, and receive a comprehensive roadmap for both immediate and future actions; 4. Revitalise and tailor your sales and marketing strategies for the US audience, with expert-backed operations, continuous refinements, and insights for maximum market impact and effectiveness. Upon completion of the aforementioned modules, if the company organises, at its own expense, a business trip to the US to occur no later than 12 months from the Programme Start Date, EIT Digital will help the company to identify relevant stakeholders to engage with.
