We architect and execute a Global Channel Strategy designed to rapidly scale revenue in key markets (EU, US, APAC) without the massive overhead of a direct sales force. This service is critical for demonstrating Commercial Traction to investors. Key Deliverables & Methodology: We move beyond simple "matchmaking" to a rigorous Distributor Due Diligence & Selection process. We identify partners who don't just "carry" your device but have the specific clinical call points and incentives to sell it. Partner Profiling & Selection: Vetting distributors based on financial health, regulatory compliance (MDR/IVDR), and historical performance in your specific therapeutic niche. Performance-Based Contracting: Drafting distribution agreements with clear KPIs, minimum sales quotas, and territory restrictions to protect your valuation and prevent "inventory stagnation". Channel Enablement Playbooks: Creating the sales training modules and "objection handling" scripts that transfer your expert knowledge to the distributor’s sales team. Outcome: A validated, contractually secured international sales network. This provides investors with a tangible "Path to Revenue" and ensures that your commercial launch is executed by partners who are contractually committed to your growth.

Financial requirements

Service Cost & Conditions: This service is offered at commercial rates and is fully eligible for the EIC ACCESS+ 50% co-funding scheme. Daily Rate: €1,250 (Blended Senior Consultant Rate). Project Scope: Typical engagements range from €15,000 to €50,000 depending on TRL and deliverables (e.g., Gap Analysis vs. Full Technical Documentation). Payment Terms: 50% upfront to commence work, 50% upon final delivery. Exclusions: Rates exclude VAT and third-party official fees (e.g., Notified Body fees), which remain the beneficiary's responsibility.
