Service description

A punctual individual bespoke Human Resources support to EIC beneficiaries who need to find a CEO/co-founder/managing director or Business developer in France to run their awarded EIC programme and properly build their organisation onwards. This service aims at matchmaking the beneficiary with “talented” jobseekers through a selection of profiles based on the beneficiary’s expectations. On an individual basis, the service includes (1) a review of the EIC beneficiary organisational structure and recruitment needs, (2) the review and publication of a job description on LinkedIn and Tandem platforms, (3) a qualification of the most relevant profiles from the job campaign and from a qualified French talents database. Eventually, the beneficiaries will get as expected outcomes of the service, some strongly qualified potential candidates to fill high-level positions in their organisation. The expected duration of the service is 3 months.
