Service description

As research commercialisation experts, A8 provides market feedback service directed to EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries that aims to support defining the value capturing model and exploitation model, and prepare for the next steps in the commercialisation. The service consists of a) understanding the initial value creation part of the value chain, b) defining the initial go-to-market/market transition strategy, c) validation of the hypothesis with real market players and forming the validation/exploitation partner network, d) refining the go-to-market plan, e) defining the next step resourcing plan/funding proposal and f) acquiring resources for commercialisation and development. According to the TRL level, the expected duration of the service is 6 to 9 months, depending on the breadth of the scope of work defined. EIC beneficiaries will increase their network of pilot clients and potentially draft a funding plan/proposal. The service can be implemented in a hybrid or online mode.

Financial requirements

Free of charge for the planning meeting. Activities will be charged €50,000 to €120,000. Price will be determined by scope of services described above and complexity of client requirements and determined after the first client meeting.
