With teams present both in Europe and Latin America, we offer a gateway to a market with an aggregate population of 650 million (300 million Mercosur). Our activities range from establishing local development teams, navigating complex regional regulatory landscapes, fostering connections within thriving innovation ecosystems providing access to scale-up facilities and running trials in “test bed” markets in Uruguay and Chile where regulation processes are more efficient. We also offer invaluable local mentorship and tailored advisory including defining local market access strategy and support you localize your product or service offer (e.g. price, brand, etc.). In addition, we offer bespoke training that deepens understanding of local culture and ways of working, whilst providing you access to our extensive regional network, and facilitate access to local funding opportunities. This service can be offered as a cohort or individualised basis. It targets mostly companies at a more mature TRL stage, but also those looking for research partners or R&D facilities at a lower TRL stages.
