Service description

This service is designed for startup founders, CEOs, sales leads, product managers, and teams seeking to systematically approach B2B customers for validation, pilot projects, or sales. The coaching focuses on the structured acquisition of relevant B2B contacts and supports EIC beneficiaries in identifying target audiences, defining contact strategies, and executing outreach campaigns. Participants receive tailored support to craft interview and pitch scripts, conduct exploratory and validation interviews, and prepare for commercial engagements. Key components of the service are: 1) Definition of B2B target groups and decision-makers, 2) Appointment setting for validation, pilots, or sales, 3) Development of messaging and outreach sequences, 4) Interview preparation and feedback loops, 5) Coaching on cold outreach techniques and objection handling, 6) Enabling teams to run independent B2B campaigns. The sessions are delivered by experienced entrepreneurs and B2B experts with strong backgrounds in enterprise sales and market validation. The service outcomes include: qualified contacts, structured interview guides, validated messaging, feedback protocols, improved team outreach capability, and early commercial traction. The delivery can be done remotely or on-site in Berlin/Brandenburg in German, English, or Russian. The service can be done per individuals or team-based sessions (1:1 or group). The duration is typically 1–3 days, extendable as needed. The service is suitable for startups at all phases, especially early-stage, since B2B customer contact often occurs too late. It is modular, action-oriented, and directly applicable to real market situations.
