A three-month acceleration programme for technologies with strong market potential and focused on environmental sustainability. The programme aims to support EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries in the development of their business with key in-house experts in the specialised fields. The experts will run one masterclasses per week (for 12 weeks). The masterclasses will cover the following topics: Customer Discovery (understand your customer and validate the problem); Solution Validation (understand the best solution to solve the problem); IP Protection and Trademark Protection; Branding (how to create the brand for your startup); Marketing (how to use Digital to grow your business); Sales & Business Development (how to use sales tactics to grow your business); HR for startups (how to grow your team); Pitch (How to present your startup); Investments: how to raise money for your startup; Startup Valuation (which is the Pre-Money valuation of your startup) Open Innovation (the best way to grow your startup); The programme will finish with a Pitch Day to present EIC beneficiaries solutions to the VeniSIA Network of investors and corporations. During the program, all the startups will have access to the VeniSIA network of mentors and they will have the possibility to organise mentoring sessions focused on Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Tourism & Travel Tech and Synthetic Biology. The Programme team is committed to identifying the best entrepreneurs to lead and ensure the technologies scale up.
