This service aims to answer to any demand concerning Transcriptome and Gene expression study: RNA-seq / Exome Seq, qRT-PCR / dPCR, by performing on small RNA, miRNA, coding and non-coding RNA. This also includes requests concerning Genome/Sequencing/NGS, by working on whole Genome, targeted Sequencing, or SNPs / ChIP-seq / Methyl analysis. These types of analyses allow to identify and validate DNA/RNA biomarkers and therefore constitutes a high value-added service directed to EIC innovators that develop molecules, diagnostics or solutions dedicated to precision medicine. Our team helps them to overcome technological barriers, with investigations based on cell cultures, tissues or blood samples, in order to bring added value to scientists and clinicians, for various applications. The endpoint will be to optimise the processing of samples and to provide its partners with information to get robust markers and reproducible results. ACOBIOM has been involved in several studies as: patient stratification in leukemia, safety/toxicity profiling, target discovery in breast cancer, companion diagnostic in pancreatic cancer, analysing the effects of a new treatment against endometriosis by studying methylation. At the end of the study, EIC beneficiaries will receive a report from the ACOBIOM including the protocols selected in the study, results, raw and treated data, markers, hypothesis and propositions solution focused on the expressed needs: validation of biomarkers and mechanisms of action, target identification, therapy/drug validation.
