EIC beneficiaries will benefit from personalised support, from planning to interpretation of results, for accelerated delivery thanks to an optimised workflow. Our commitment as a consultancy specialising in Molecular Biology/Data Analysis engineering enables the team to offer a complementary approach to standardised platforms, a concrete follow-up to the study: review of data, supply of additional crosses or graphs if required, debriefings by e-mail/conference call. ACOBIOM’s customers will benefit from a direct link with each leader of the different platforms, in order to respond specifically to each technical question. ACOBIOM will help to monitor the project until the results are published and provides its partners and customers with added-values upstream and downstream of manipulations. EIC beneficiaries will benefit upstream from: i) Advices on study design, experimental plan, calculation of power, drafting of statistical analysis plan, writing statistical parts of protocol, randomisation of individuals,  ii) Adaptable pipelines developed in order to respond as well as possible whatever the initial constraint "real live experiments": unstructured data, limited samples number, low quantity of materials, complex libraries. And downstream from: i) Skills to manage the constraints of NGS: ability to handle large volumes of sequences, management of error/bias types arising from different techniques used, and ii) Expertise to achieve reproducible and usable results. At the end EIC beneficiaries will be able to write the different parts of the study, but also to build a knowledge file and statistical reports for regulatory compliances.
