What is the Service: An operational HR consulting service designed to build the structural and organizational foundations of early-stage and fast growing deeptech startups.

Targeting beneficiaries, scaling startups seeking to structure their human capital strategy, across all deeptech sectors.

Goal of the service: To establish a clear, milestone-driven organizational growth plan ("Minimum Viable HR") aligned with the company’s technical (TRL) and commercial (CRL) development.

Phases of the service:

Audit: Analysis of the current team composition and upcoming technical milestones.
Modeling: Designing the 18–36 month target organizational chart.
Action Plan: Writing the HR roadmap and future job profiles.

Activities delivered: Deep-dive analysis of the company's technical roadmap to identify skillset gaps at key milestones; design of target organizational charts; drafting of future job descriptions; structuring HR compliance frameworks and competitive compensation/incentive strategies (e.g., equity sharing, employee stock options).

Engagement of experts: Delivered by in-house strategic HR strategy consultants specializing in deeptech organisational structures.

Expected outcome: A formalized, investor-ready HR Roadmap and a clear competency matrix that demonstrates to Venture Capitalists and public investors that the team has a viable execution plan.

Process and mode for the implementation: Fully remote or hybrid workshops using collaborative digital tools.

Financial requirements

As our services are fully customized, pricing is determined by the specific scope of the project. The standard hourly rate is €200 (excluding VAT) , with a preferential 20% discount available to EIC beneficiaries.
