EP395S3AGATA provides strategic consultancy services to design and implement communication and dissemination activities for EIC-funded projects. The service supports beneficiaries in developing structured communication plans aligned with project objectives, target audiences, and impact pathways. AGATA develops tailored communication strategies covering audience analysis and segmentation (including stakeholder mapping), definition of key messages and narratives, selection of appropriate communication channels, and identification of relevant events and industrial forums. Strategies include clearly defined actions and measurable KPIs to ensure effective delivery and monitoring of impact. The service also includes the design of communication and dissemination, content planning, social media strategy, online campaigns, media engagement and preparation of policy briefs and outreach materials. AGATA creates targeted digital campaigns combining copywriting, visuals, and audiovisual content to increase visibility and reach relevant audiences during key project milestones. AGATA works closely with project partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with exploitation and technology transfer goals. In addition, AGATA provides analytics and SEO support, using web and social media data to monitor performance and inform decision-making. This ensures continuous optimisation of communication activities based on measurable outcomes. This service is applicable across all TRLs. AGATA also supports coordination with consortium partners, reporting on communication activities, and adaptation of messaging for different audiences, including policymakers, industry, investors, and the public.
Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis, typically €500-€750 per day depending on scope and stage.
Service scope and timelines are defined per project. Delivery depends on client input, consortium coordination, and reporting cycles. Availability subject to project scheduling.
