Service description

A customised approximately 2h service to support EIC beneficiaries to conduct self-evaluation of their organisational essential focus areas and forecast to grow their business. The service aims to help EIC startups narrow down the essential focus areas of their companies for the upcoming year. The scope of this service encompasses startups from the Health and Medical Care sectors, such as Medtechnology, Biotechnology, pharma, diagnostics, e-health, etc. The service will have two phases, starting with the selection of 4 focus areas out of 18 options with the guidance of 2 healthcare experts through a 2-hour session. At the end of the assessment, the second phase will foresee the development of a full report with key outcomes provided to the EIC beneficiary.
