Service description

AOMB's IP Strategy and Portfolio Advisory service provides strategic, on-site IP advisory by in-house patent attorneys in half-day blocks. The service is delivered over one or more half-days, depending on the company's needs, and is intended for EIC beneficiaries, start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, founders, management teams, and R&D leaders in sectors such as life sciences, medtech, chemistry, and deep tech. Depending on the company's objectives, the service may take the form of a one-off strategic review, recurring half-day advisory, portfolio prioritization, invention harvesting and filing strategy review, or IP advisory connected to partnering, transactions, or investor readiness. The service generally includes: 

1) preparation and scoping; 

2) on-site strategic advisory; and 

3) concise follow-up recommendations. 

This service provides maximum impact at minimal costs. The expected outcome is a clearer IP strategy, prioritised portfolio decisions, and concrete next steps.
