Based on your industry and market, we will work with you to design a market entry strategy analysing the market opportunities and risks, the IP/legal framework, and assessing the competition landscape, the market behaviour, and the most appropriate sales channels. We will support you in the market segmentation and identification of the most relevant prospects for lead generation. We can support you in the development of a localised marketing strategy and market activation through the adaptation of your marketing materials, the organisation of regional roadshows, and participation in relevant trade events.

Financial requirements

The services are custom made based on the needs of client and billed with a hourly rate varying between €125 and €250 depending on the required level of consulting expertise is required.
