A dedicated support service for EIC beneficiaries and Seals of Excellence (Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator) located in the Emilia-Romagna region. The activity (on average 4 hours of support for each beneficiary) aims to support EIC beneficiaries in a timely and targeted manner to access the information and all the resources necessary to seize funding opportunities at EU, national (Italy) and regional (Emilia-Romagna) level with key in-house experts in the specialised fields. In the first phase experts will promote information about funding opportunities through a dedicated website, newsletters and e-mails. This activity will run continuously on a weekly basis. In the second phase, the experts will guide EIC beneficiaries to identify the most suitable calls, with a pre-screening service, delivered through online meetings, e-mail and/or calls pre-arranged (on average, 4 hours for each assistance). Finally, in-depth assistance on the contents and rules of programmes and calls, is offered to each beneficiary. The service could include also an IP Pre-Diagnosis Service assisting the beneficiaries in identifying their existing IP assets (inventions, software, designs, names and images used in commerce, etc.) and the most appropriate IP protection measures (patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, etc.), as well as management and exploitation strategies in collaborative and multiple partners environments. The service entails two major steps: a preparation phase including an interview done in an in-person or online meeting, followed by the provision of an individual report and respective recommendations (total duration: 2-5 days). The service is delivered in hybrid/offline mode. The service will run on an ongoing basis and is offered free of charge.
