This expert coaching service offers a comprehensive 6-month programme that aims to guide startup entrepreneurs operating within Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 5 to 9. The service comprises 12 hours of individual coaching sessions and is designed to address the unique challenges faced by the founders’ team as they transition from prototype to commercial stages. The primary goal of this coaching service is to equip entrepreneurs with essential leadership skills to successfully navigate the process of scaling their businesses. The service is structured into four distinct phases: assessment and goal setting, skill development, strategic planning, and implementation and review. These phases provide a holistic approach to leadership growth and business expansion. Throughout the programme, entrepreneurs will engage in individual coaching sessions led by experienced Master Certified Coaches (MCC) from the leading professional coaching organisation, ICF. These sessions will be complemented by leadership assessments, personalised development plans, and workshops focusing on core leadership skills and scaling strategies. Regular progress reviews will ensure that entrepreneurs remain on track toward their goals and can make necessary adjustments as needed. The expected outcome of this coaching service is twofold: entrepreneurs will demonstrate enhanced leadership capabilities, contributing to effective business growth, and they will possess a clear roadmap for scaling their ventures while fostering personal growth. The implementation process includes an initial consultation to identify specific needs, a customised coaching plan based on assessment outcomes, bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions, and access to supplementary resources for continuous self-improvement.

Financial requirements

Free chemistry session, Leadership assessments (optional extras) / €250/hr or €3000 per leadership coaching engagement (12hrs). Minimum 6hrs of coaching commitment.
