Service description

This service provides professional assistance to define, implement and optimise your strategy for the acquisition, protection, development, use and defence of your technologies through the filing of patent applications in all the countries of interest to you. In particular, this service includes the search and analysis of the relevant prior art in order to study the patentability of your innovations. Based on this patentability study, we will draw up a drafting strategy and then prepare a draft patent application which will then be filed in all the countries of interest. This service also includes monitoring the progress of the patents filed until they are granted.
