Service description

This service provides professional assistance in establishing whether you are able to use a product or process without infringing on existing intellectual property (IP) rights. By performing a FTO study at the very beginning, you can ensure you are on the right path and can continue to invest in your innovation. This service includes, a) search for patents that could potentially hinder the exploitation of your invention, b) verification of the payment status of the annuities for these patents, c) analysis of the validity of the identified patents to determine their scope, and d) comparison with the characteristics of your invention to determine whether your invention falls within the scope of these patents. Wherever possible, this service also offers to assist you, if necessary, in identifying a solution to circumvent any identified patents that are a concern.
