
Brampton NEXT is BHive’s flagship programme is designed to support international entrepreneurs and Canadian permanent residents in establishing, buying or franchising businesses in Brampton, Ontario. The five-month hybrid programme offers 14-weeks of structured programming to support founders with strategic goal setting, business planning, financial literacy and legal considerations, branding and market positioning, conducting market research, feasibility and risk analysis, and understanding business valuation and acquisition processes to help them buy and scale rapidly. The programme provides wrap-around services, community access and individualised settlement plans for the entire family, including for housing and language support, to eliminate barriers in making the transition to Canada and attracting founders and their families to Brampton. Key offerings also include access to a modernised office space, legal advisory services to navigate the immigration system, personalised mentorship, digital marketplace of tools and resources, pitch coaching and soft skills training, cultural and ecosystem orientation, networking opportunities to make real connections, and site selection support through the city’s Department of Economic Development.
Free of charge.
The deadline for the service application is 31 December 2025. Eligible businesses must be established in the City of Brampton, or settle in Brampton and establish a business in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and arrive in Canada through a provincial or federal immigration pathway.
