Workshop to explore the market for protein and ingredient alternatives. The workshop will address these key questions: What is the current situation and what are the major challenges in the industry? What technologies need to be developed and which are currently lacking? What are the expectations of the market, consumers, and industry corporates? The objective is to enable early-stage companies entering this sector to fully understand the market challenges they are targeting, in order to clearly define their value proposition and gain a competitive advantage. This workshop will be delivered by internal experts.
