Service ID:

Service description

This service targets EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries working in sustainable innovation who seek to strengthen their product development strategy through circular design. Delivered over a five-month period, it provides targeted and design-led support to innovators working at TRL 5 to 9 in sectors such as circular fashion, sustainable packaging, and eco-luxury. EIC beneficiaries receive expert guidance from in-house specialists in circular materials and regenerative design, supported by curated case studies involving recycled leather, plant-based bio-leathers, sustainable packaging solutions, and circular textiles. The service includes hands-on co-creation sessions that help participants integrate lifecycle thinking into their product strategy and align material innovation with brand identity. Participants are supported in building a clear and responsible narrative for their product, with activities focused on visual concept development, strategic storytelling, and alignment with sustainability certifications or industry expectations. The service is delivered in a hybrid format, combining live virtual sessions, design feedback loops, and optional in-person workshops in Paris. Experts involved are experienced in eco-material innovation, brand positioning, and product-market fit, and provide tailored insights according to each participant's goals and market context. By the end of the engagement, EIC beneficiaries are expected to have developed a strategic roadmap for sustainable product development, along with a set of creative tools and design assets supporting future go-to-market actions. This service is suitable for innovators aiming to align impact, innovation, and commercial readiness for international or sector-specific markets.
