This is an individualized, hourly consulting service focused on replacing cold outreach with high-value, "warm" introductions within the Nordic innovation ecosystem. Duration: Typically 20 to 55 hours, depending on the specific expansion needs of the beneficiary. Targets and Sectors: European tech SMEs, startups, and scale-ups (TRL 5-9) looking to enter Nordic markets, specifically in ICT, HealthTech, and GreenTech sectors. Goal of the Service: To minimize market entry friction by establishing a verified pipeline of business contacts and ensuring the Vmeets regional "Nordic Readiness" standards. Phases and Activities: * Phase 1: Diagnostic & Strategic Mapping: The consultant performs cluster identification, mapping the beneficiary’s tech stack to specific Nordic hubs like Kista (ICT), The Hub (HealthTech), or Oslo (GreenTech). A gap analysis is conducted to review ESG scores and GDPR compliance. Phase 2: High-Value Connectivity: The service facilitates direct brokerage with science parks, community hubs, and VCs. Activities include activating a professional network for B2B and B2U (Business-to-University) meetings and providing "cultural translation" during partnership negotiations. Expected Outcome: Beneficiaries achieve a curated pipeline of warm leads and a refined strategic profile that aligns with Nordic investment and operational standards. Implementation: The service is delivered via 1:1 online consulting sessions or hybrid meetings.
