864S1What is the Service: A two-day hybrid acceleration workshop designed to facilitate market entry into the Nordic region.
Duration: Two days.
Targets and Sectors: Tech-based SMEs, startups, and scale-ups from Central and South-eastern Europe with innovations at TRL 4–9. The service is sector-agnostic.
Goal of the Service: To accelerate Nordic market entry by aligning business operations with Nordic cultural expectations, operational standards, and sustainability requirements.
Phases and Activities: * Phase 1: Alignment (Day 1): Participants engage in workshops on ""Flat Hierarchy Communication"" and audit UI/UX for Nordic minimalism and accessibility. Experts guide the development of ""Radical Transparency"" documentation and re-frame ROI to include ESG metrics required by Nordic venture capitalists.
Phase 2: Strategic Execution (Day 2): Activities focus on market segmentation across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Teams undergo an operational stress test for 24/7 support readiness and master relationship-based ""Soft Sell"" techniques.
Outcome: Beneficiaries receive a localized go-to-market roadmap stress-tested via 1:1 ""hot seat"" mentoring sessions with Nordic industry veterans.
Implementation: The service is delivered in a hybrid format, with the physical component located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
