A two-month acceleration programme that provides practical experience and actionable frameworks to help founders with go-to-market strategies and product-market fit. The programme will equip cohort companies with the knowledge, structure, and confidence needed to enter the market effectively and plan for future growth. It takes an industry-agnostic approach, making it suitable for companies focusing on various B2B and B2C markets and geographies. Throughout the programme, startup teams will work on their company development and learn from experts. Participants will refine their business model, align their core story, deck, and product, and prepare to attract potential investors. The programme will be delivered by a mix of international experts and experienced staff who have been involved in the programme in recent years. It will be tailored to the specific needs of the accepted teams and will include the following phases: First Phase: Group workshops (minimum of 2 sessions); Individual 1:1 expert support session; Individual work, such as completing funding strategies and roadmaps. Second Phase: Verification and establishment of relevant KPIs and their measurement; Market exposure for products/services; Generating initial revenue and acquiring customers, while aligning go-to-market strategy. Third Phase: Development of an investor deck and understanding investor metrics; Understanding financing options; Access to investment networks. The programme will be delivered through a combination of live digital workshops and digital mentoring.
