Service description

An ongoing service to develop a business model for EIC Transition and Accelerator Beneficiaries. This service aims to draw on the experience of their strategic, domain, and operational experts, this Business Model Development service assesses routes to market and identifies the optimum business model that exploits the technology opportunity. This service is ideally suited to business-to-business technology startups with technology readiness level of 6 or above. It can be delivered as a one-off event through group or individual workshops, or on a project basis in which a blend of delivery methods will be used. This service can accommodate 3-5 EIC Beneficiaries per year.

Applicants should carefully read the “Terms of Engagement for EIC beneficiaries” before submitting this application form.
