Service description

CSL will work closely with EIC beneficiaries to design customised delegation visits to India, aligned with their goals and timeframes. This service offers: 1) State and Region Selection: given India’s 28 states and 8 union territories, CSL will analyse the latest data, such as number of unicorns, funding activity, MNC presence, and maturity of  sector in the region (aligning with EIC beneficiaries sector focus) to identify the most relevant regions for exploration. 2) Pre-delegation activities: conduct workshop on venturing into Indian market, including a market analysis, brief about the current state of affairs in India. 3) Stakeholder Engagement: CSL will arrange meetings with key ecosystem players, including government agencies, multinational companies, academic institutions, venture capitalists, and others. 4) Itinerary and Briefings: A detailed agenda will be developed, along with briefing materials and stakeholder profiles to support productive discussions. 5) Logistics and Networking: CSL will assist with in-country travel and accommodation, and organise a high-level networking dinner to encourage meaningful connections. 6) Delegation Report: Within two weeks of the visit, CSL will deliver a report highlighting key insights, outcomes, and suggested next steps. 7) Follow-up Support: CSL can facilitate up to three follow-up meetings with stakeholders met during the delegation, upon request. By the end of the programme, EIC beneficiaries will gain first-hand insight into India’s  ecosystem, its opportunities and challenges. CSL will continue to support EIC beneficiaries in building long-term connections in Indian market, by developing business models and engaging experts in investment advisory, incorporation, and IP management.

€5000 to €20,000, depending on project scope including the number of participants and timeline.

The project costs depend on the scope of work as agreed by CSL and EIC beneficiaries. For example, the number of states EIC beneficiaries want to visit in India, the number of participants in the delegation, and the number of meetings.
