Service description

This service aims to help EIC beneficiaries in making key strategic decisions, business intelligence, planning, and securing of finances. Our Market Analysis & Research service uses an individualised approach to answer key questions the companies have relating to their market, fully tailored to the case at hand. We perform market research based on public or primary sources, in-house models, and/or interviews, delivering e.g., detailed market sizing & forecasting, targeted customers including user needs/interest and willingness to pay, product-market fits, pricing perspectives, and/or competitor evaluations. Our Business Case assessment analyses cases for their (commercial) feasibility. With our Business Plan support, we generate a full investor-ready business plan together with EIC beneficiaries to optimally position you to attract private financing. The Catalyze team will support EIC beneficiaries to become investor ready, and identify investor (types) that match their needs, preferences and goals.
