A one- to twelve-month service for EIC Transition, Pathfinder and Accelerator beneficiaries. This service aims to leverage the experience of the Catalyze-Group, having worked on hundreds of business cases and with many companies that have successfully scaled up. We advise, use our experiences and critical perspectives to provide EIC Beneficiaries with important insights and guidance, including understanding their path ahead, as well as to identify and tackle risks. The topics include product-market fit, innovative SME team development, investment (VC) processes from lead to deal, financing strategies, etc. Expert consultants of the Catalyze-Group will serve as right-hand advisors to support starting and scale-up businesses and can contribute topic-specific expertise in the fields of Life Sciences & Health and Green & Sustainable Innovations. Operational challenges (e.g., management of the innovation portfolio, business development, fundraising, early company management, and interim management roles) can be tackled by outsourcing Catalyze experts for a limited period of time to join the team. Catalyze Group consultants and recruiters can also support in a search of the right (executive) team member or business developer. The service will run on a rolling basis and all EIC beneficiaries can benefit from a 15% discount on their first 2 contracts with Catalyze.
€185 per hour, typically from 4 to 40 hours per week.
