This service aims to help EIC beneficiaries in making key strategic decisions, business intelligence, planning, and securing finances. Our Market Analysis & Research service uses an individualised approach to answer key questions the companies have related to their market, fully tailored to the case at hand. We perform market research based on public or primary sources, in-house models and/or interviews, delivering e.g., detailed market sizing & forecasting, targeted customers including user needs/interest and willingness to pay, product-market fits, pricing perspectives and/or competitor evaluations, and go-to-market strategy design. Our Business Case assessment analyses cases for their (commercial) feasibility. With our business strategy & analytics programme, we generate a full investor-ready business plan to optimally position you to attract private financing and increase commercial traction for accelerating your business impact on the market.
