EP25S2A consulting and advisory service in the fields of deposition of thin films by atomic layer deposition, plasma-enhanced chemic vapour deposition, and physical vapour deposition techniques directed to EIC Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator innovators. Key assistance will be given through 1-1 calls (2x4 hours/month), that may be divided into 3 phases: first- an in-depth interview with EIC beneficiary on technology, the second one– sharing comments and recommendations, finnaly the third– Q&A sessions. A report on progress made and future challenges and guidelines will be delivered to the EIC beneficiary. CBRTP experts will provide continuous assistance to the EIC beneficiaries during the service implementation. EIC beneficiaries will have access to a set of tools and infrastructures to develop and/or test their solutions. EIC beneficiaries will have to be physically present at EIC Partner facilities (Krakow, Poland). Availability of each infrastructure after individual negotiations with EIC beneficiary.
Consulting services free of charge. Access to infrastructure according to a standing pricing list: ALD – €700/hour, availability up to 8 hours per month; PECVD – €700/hour, availability up to 8 hours per month; CORRESCAN – €500/sample; PVD method – €250/sample; PLASMA System (Diener) – unit price €150.
All prices per hour include general costs of electricity, water, basic tools and laboratory equipment, amortization, assistance, and support of CBRTP personnel. The cost of materials, chemical regents, specific tools are excluded – those are to be provided on site by the EIC Beneficiary. All prices are indicative, the final price will depend on the complexity of the beneficiary’s needs.
