This service provides free online access to practical IP resources and self-help tools for companies doing business in or with China-related markets. It is designed for SMEs and other businesses looking for straightforward, reliable guidance they can use at their own pace. The service includes factsheets, guides, case studies, sector-specific materials and other learning resources, alongside online tools such as the IP Diagnostic Tool, the IP Cost Tool and the IP Institutions Directory. The aim is to help beneficiaries build their understanding of IP issues, assess their level of preparedness, and identify useful next steps. As a self-service offer, it is available on demand through the Helpdesk website and can be used at any stage of market entry, business development or enforcement planning. Users may subsequently be directed to the helpline where more tailored follow-up is needed.
