A typical engagement spans 6-10 60-minute digital coaching sessions over 3-12 months, structured around a personalised development roadmap co-created after a 60-minute intake that reviews role context, 360° feedback and psychometric data (e.g., Coachello's assessment, Hogan or DiSC). Coaches employ evidence-based frameworks such as Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, Systems Thinking and Positive Psychology to strengthen core competencies as strategic visioning, inclusive decision-making, influence without authority and leading through change. Each session ends with an action commitment that is tracked in the Coachello platform; our conversational AI coach follows up with micro-nudges, reflection prompts and curated resources to sustain momentum between meetings. Progress is measured at three checkpoints (baseline, midpoint, close) using goal-attainment scaling and pulse surveys aligned with Kirkpatrick Levels 2 & 3. Aggregated dashboards give HR sponsors real-time visibility on behavioural uplift and business impact while preserving participant confidentiality (GDPR-compliant). Leaders can access an on-demand library of masterclasses and peer-community roundtables to complement 1-to-1 coaching. For EIC beneficiaries, we waive all onboarding and platform fees; only coaching time is billable. Standard corporate price is €350 per coaching session (1 hour). EIC beneficiaries receive a 30 % grant-matched discount, paying €245 per coaching session. 1-to-1 coaching is delivered solely by ICF-certified professional coaches, minimum PCC+ level, 10 years experience and supervised.
All coaching slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled via the Coachello platform (web, Slack or MS Teams).
