Coachello’s Team Coaching programme partners with intact teams (5 – 12 members) on a structured learning journey that combines live sessions led by ICF‑certified team‑coaches with our AI‑enabled digital platform (on‑site delivery optional). After individual interviews, across six 120‑minute sessions, the team works on a shared performance goal, e.g., elevating collective leadership, sharpening decision‑making rhythms, strengthening psychological safety, or building resilience under change, while grounding every conversation in real, day‑to‑day team challenges. Available in 12 EU languages and time-zone friendly, Coachello’s Team Coaching scales seamlessly across geographically dispersed organisations seeking high-impact, data-driven team development. A six-session programme (6 × 90 min = 9hours) costs €5500 per cohort (instead of €9500) of up to eight participants during 3-12 months.
Cohorts must be confirmed at least ten (10) working days before the first session.
