Service description
This service targeted at early stage EIC Accelerator beneficiaries grants them access to infrastructure and expertise for venture building and scaling up. Consilience Ventures (CV) invests in early-stage companies and investees benefit from CV’s ongoing support from relevant experts selected from its 300-member network. CV invests cash and expertise, often leading rounds ranging from 250k EUR to 2M EUR. The main targeted sectors are AI, Medtech, Fintech, Media/Adtech and Deeptech. CV seeks companies that have a management team comprising 2-3 diverse founders with at least one technical founder and have a working prototype or at least one proof of concept. Companies are most likely to be accepted if they already have some investors. The service includes initial company assessment using proprietary CV methodology, due diligence and gap analysis to assess suitability for investment and identify how CV can help the company accelerate, round structuring if CV is leading/co-leading, finalising investment and round closing, and ongoing support as part of the CV actively supported portfolio.
