CREO Learning Library

The CREO Micro is a digital learning platform and workforce upskilling tool for founders, managers and employees of EIC-backed startups and scale ups. It has supported more than 1,500 founders globally and provides access to over 1,200 microlearning units across more than 90 expertly designed courses. Its interactive, clickable and framework-based methodology combines practical activities, case studies and simulations to translate learning into practical application. The library covers a broad range of topics, including skills development, leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation, alongside sector-specific content in areas such as blockchain and deep tech, health and life sciences, sustainability and social entrepreneurship. Content is available in English, French and Arabic, and the platform is designed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
