CREO Venture Clinics is an individualised coaching and mentoring service of up to three months suitable for EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries, as well as Seal of Excellence holders. The service is designed for individual research teams, spinouts, startups and SMEs developing deep-tech and science-based innovations across health, life sciences, bioAI and machine learning, and other EIC-prioritised areas who need expert support tailored precisely to their venture’s stage, challenges, and technology context. The goal of the service is to help each beneficiary address specific strategic, commercial and growth-related challenges through tailored one-to-one expert support. Unlike cohort programmes, this service is fully individualised: each pathway is built around the beneficiary’s specific technology maturity, market context, and immediate priorities. It complements the EIC Business Acceleration Services by offering the depth and continuity of personalised advisory support that group-based BAS provision cannot cover. It is particularly suited to teams that need focused guidance on business model development, customer discovery, value proposition refinement, go-to-market strategy, partnership and pitch development. The service begins with a diagnostic session to assess the venture’s maturity, priorities and immediate barriers. Based on this, CREO designs a tailored support pathway combining one-to-one coaching sessions, practical advisory clinics, written feedback and action planning. Depending on the beneficiary’s needs, support may include strategic growth planning, market positioning, stakeholder engagement, pilot strategy, commercial storytelling and preparation for external engagement. At the end of the service, beneficiaries are expected to have clearer priorities, stronger strategic direction and an actionable next-step roadmap.
Offered at a reduced price. The EIC beneficiary rate is €1,250 per beneficiary for a tailored package of up to six coaching sessions, written feedback and action planning. Additional specialist support can be provided at €180/hour or €1,100/day, depending on scope. No equity is required.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the EIC Service Catalogue. Delivery dates are agreed individually based on beneficiary needs, service scope and expert availability. Participation is subject to confirmation of eligibility as an EIC beneficiary or Seal of Excellence holder. CREO reserves the right to tailor the format, duration and expert allocation to the specific needs and maturity of each beneficiary.
