Service ID:

EP245S3
Service description

The activity typically takes place over 6-8 weeks and is aimed at defining a clear, executable project plan for a high‑tech product development or demonstration. The process starts with an in-depth assessment of the company’s mission & strategy, technological objectives, and operational constraints. A comprehensive project management plan is then developed, covering a work package description of key activities, milestones, deliverables, resources, and costs. The plan includes project justification, well-defined objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), a detailed risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Special attention is given to aligning technical development with available funding, appropriate design processes, and required timelines. The service includes iterative planning workshops, stakeholder interviews, and expert reviews to refine the execution strategy. The final deliverable consists of a structured project management plan that can be used for internal execution, investor communication, and partnership development.
