Our Innovation & Go-To-Market Roadmapping service equips high‑tech startups with a tailored strategic blueprint that guides your project from early concept (TRL2-3) to a scalable market-ready product (TRL7-8). The service was developed for hardware innovation startups in e.g., aerospace and sustainability who seek the best way to align attainable technical development steps with market needs and funding opportunities. We begin with a discovery workshop and one-on-one interviews to deeply understand your vision and current capabilities. We jointly analyse where to focus resources and conclude what is the best approach for your company’s hardware innovation towards a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and beyond: e.g., rapid prototyping, skunkworks, waterfall, MBSE or agile. This service lays out a clear pathway with actionable and interlinked milestones covering R&D, certification & productization to market entry as well as scaling of product or production beyond, with associated organisational growth & funding strategy. Typically we will use transparent parametric models that you can use to adapt and substantiate the recommended steps later on. Delivered over a period of 6-8 weeks, we provide:
1) A detailed innovation roadmap defining key phases for development and technical validation for your go-to-market roadmap, linked to technical & associated business milestones, with detailing of required activities and resources.
2) Strategic guidance on funding approaches - from grant applications to investment milestones leading up to Series A.
3) Tailored complementary components: the activity can be customised to further support company maturation and investor readiness, including team build‑up support, quality system implementation, intellectual property management, Series-A oriented technical due diligence report (40 hours), further business plan input (e.g., review, joint identification of mission, strategy, value proposition, USP, risks), iteration of your pitch deck.
The main service is a 4-week activity, delivered for €20,000 over a period of 6-8 weeks. Complementary components are provided at €5000 each (40 hours). We deliver at a prefixed project price based on €125/hr.
