Key outcomes include: i) Enhanced problem-solving capabilities through Design Thinking frameworks. ii) Prototypes and actionable strategies customised to specific organisational needs. iii) Expertise in implementing and leveraging disruptive technologies effectively. Financial requirements

The service is offered to EIC beneficiaries on a fee-based model.

The cost structure is as follows:

Daily rate: €1200 (excl. VAT).
Hourly rate: €150 (excl. VAT).

These rates cover tailored consulting, workshops, and implementation support, delivered by experts with 25+ years of experience in innovation and disruptive technologies. Discounts or partial subsidies may be offered based on the scope of the project and EIC beneficiary needs. Alternatively, for select cases, equity-based collaboration may be considered, with terms negotiated individually.
