DevelopMinded provides tailored market intelligence and commercialisation support to EIC Accelerator beneficiaries, and Seal of Excellence holders across all DeepTech verticals. We support both, early-stage ventures identifying initial market opportunities and potential product-market-fit and established companies pursuing international or industry-specific expansion. We offer systematic assessments of market demand, competitive landscape analyses, and initial product-market fit validations. In addition, we deliver support for market entry strategies, vertical or international expansions, and CRO mapping and selection strategies, addressing potential barriers to entry and commercial viability. By delivering actionable recommendations that are backed by data, we ensure that commercialisation and expansion efforts align with real-world market needs and opportunities that drive sustainable growth. EIC beneficiaries are onboarded by our team to set clear goals and align on the scope of the deliverables matching them with the desired outcomes. An experienced market intelligence expert will be assigned to the EIC beneficiary and will further validate the requirements of the support needed and share details on the service delivery and the collaboration required. Our team aims to perform the activities as independently as possible and convene with the EIC beneficiary only when and where necessary as we know that most of the EIC beneficiaries have limited capacity to allocate to the activities.
