
A Business Development support programme designed to help EIC beneficiaries to identify, structure, and execute partnerships with industrial players. The programme begins with a strategic analysis of the company’s assets and objectives, to define a clear partnership strategy and prioritise potential partners. DNA Finance works closely with the management team to prepare all documentation materials, refine the value proposition, and define key deal terms. The second phase consists in identifying and reaching out to a wide network of targeted industry players, initiating discussions, organising introductory meetings, and supporting the EIC beneficiaries throughout all interactions with the industrial players. The final phase includes supporting the company throughout the negotiation process, from expressions of interest to term sheet structuring and contract finalisation. Weekly or bi-monthly meetings with the management team are held throughout the programme.
A €40,000 retainer as a signing fee for business development support, in addition to a success fee.
The success fee is 5% for business development proceeds raised up to €10 million, 4% for amounts between €10 million and €20 million, and 3% for amounts above €20 million.
