A six-month strategic advisory programme for EIC beneficiaries in the healthcare and Life Science sector. The programme is divided into two phases, with weekly meetings with the management team of EIC beneficiaries. The first phase focuses on product positioning and market analysis, including assessment of optimal medical use and business model, quantification of the target patient population and addressable market, competitive landscape analysis, and elaboration of the target product profile to optimise market fit. The second phase concentrated on the go-to-market strategy, covering optimisation of the solution within the care pathway, analysis of production and logistics, pricing and reimbursement strategy, clinical development strategy, and design of the commercial model, including sales force implementation and partnership strategy. By the end of the programme, EIC beneficiaries will have a robust product positioning, solid market analysis and comprehensive got to market strategy.

Financial requirements

€40,000 for each phase. EIC beneficiaries will benefit from a 25% discount. Each phase, which can be contracted and funded separately, will cost €30,000.
