Service description

E-CO Consulting & Coaching provides a structured acceleration and investment readiness programme designed for innovative start-ups, SMEs and deep-tech ventures aiming to validate their business models, accelerate market entry and prepare for fundraising activities.

The programme combines acceleration, incubation and venture-building services through tailored mentoring, expert workshops and one-to-one business development support. Participants receive guidance on business model development, customer discovery, market validation, competitive positioning, value proposition refinement, go-to-market strategy, pricing models and growth planning.

A dedicated investment readiness track helps companies prepare for fundraising by strengthening their investor proposition, financial planning, pitch deck development and communication strategy. Start-ups are supported in understanding investor expectations, defining funding strategies and preparing for interactions with angel investors, venture capital funds and public funding organisations.

The programme also provides access to E-CO's extensive innovation ecosystem, including universities, technology transfer offices, technoparks, investors, corporates and international innovation networks. Through these connections, participants can explore collaboration opportunities, strategic partnerships and market access pathways.

For R&D-driven and deep-tech companies, additional support is offered on technology commercialisation, internationalisation strategies and access to European innovation programmes such as Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, Eurostars and EUREKA.

Drawing on more than ten years of experience in innovation support and entrepreneurship development, E-CO has contributed to the acceleration, mentoring and commercialisation journeys of hundreds of innovative companies, helping them strengthen their growth potential and investment readiness.

Financial requirements

The service is offered on a fee-for-service basis. The standard fee for a three-month acceleration and investment readiness programme is ‚Ç¨2,500 per company. EIC Awardees benefit from a minimum 20% discount, reducing the fee to ‚Ç¨2,000 per company. The programme includes mentoring sessions, business development support, investor readiness assessment and access to networking opportunities. For customised acceleration programmes, corporate innovation programmes or extended support packages, pricing may vary depending on the scope, duration and level of expert involvement required.
