Recruitment & Talent Matchmaking
E-Health Venture
Service ID:
EP16S3This service aims to help EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator innovators define a credible HR Roadmap and support recruitment efforts. EIC Beneficiaries will be supported by in-house experts. EHV helps EIC beneficiaries by performing the interviews, with profiles such as co-founders or other team members being interviewed and evaluated by EHV and by proposing the salary package, as EIC beneficiaries receive guidance and contract excerpts describing compensation packages typically combining fixed remuneration with equity-based incentives. EHV also makes its experts available for support during the hiring process, proposes EHV medical specialists and practitioners, provides business/sales, tech/IT support and grants access to templates and best-practises in contracts, stock-option plans and others. Selected EIC Beneficiaries will also have access to the EHV matchmaking events, providing a pool of job seekers invited by the EHV that will be introduced to the EIC Beneficiaries who may want to hire. The service will be provided for a maximum duration of 3 months (depending on the profile that needs to be hired) and will be delivered online (through 1-1 calls and email exchange). EHV matchmaking events will occur at least 2 times per year.
10.000€. per profile search for EIC Beneficiaries. The fees will not be charged if EHV hasn’t found the profile 3 months after the start of research.
Travel-hotel-transportation expenses (PER DIEM) are not covered. Participants must be able to speak and write in English, French or Dutch. The companies should have a Problem-Solution idea in healthcare that involves software.
