Service description
A 12-month acceleration service targeting EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. This service aims to support growth of European DeepTech digital scaleups by helping them secure venture capital investments. The service is deployed in the following phases: 1) Analysis of investment needs and review of fundraising strategy; 2) Support in preparation of the fundraising marketing documents: Teaser, pitch deck; 3) Pitch training including a live session; 4) Identification and selection of potential investors and extensive outreach on behalf of the company; and 5) continuous review of fundraising progress during the 12-months programme with advice on how to attract new investors and get financial term-sheets. The programme is delivered by the in-house Growth Services team of Access to Finance (A2F) specialists, senior professionals with a strong background in Digital technologies and an extensive investor network. The service is delivered in a hybrid mode with a prevalence of online interactions to enable frequent engagement with the Access to Finance team, but also with some in-person meetings to dive deeper into the growth journey, especially upon kick-off of the service.

Financial requirements

EIC beneficiaries may have access to either option: A) Programme fee of €48000 with 2% success fee on amount raised (excluding historical investors) or, B) Programme fee of €24000 with 4-tiered success fee on amount raised (excluding historical investors) equal to 6% on the first two million, 3% on the third to fifth million, 2% on the sixth to tenth million and 1% on any amount above the tenth million.
