Healthcare Market Discovery and Initial Market Validation is a tailored service for EIC Beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders, which is designed to empower EIC Beneficiaries in understanding and quantifying the potential of relevant European markets. Our comprehensive approach provides in-depth analysis and validation directly engaging a network of local experts and healthcare professionals. The overall goal of this service is to obtain a direct product/service validation from healthcare professionals and experts in the respective market of interest and consequently open doors for further adoption and fulfilling conditions for reimbursement and/or commercialisation. The beneficiaries will get personalised support according to their needs, offering a diverse range of service components: a) A country overview, tackling the market segments, submarkets and market structure; b) The competitor’s benchmark; c) Landscape of leading institutions; d) Framework principles of financial and reimbursement system organisation; e) Segmentation of customer base; f) Refining the value proposition by implementing the concepts, terms and language used by local payers and decision makers; g) Quantifying market opportunity by access to local data interpreted by an expert analyst. The service will be conducted online, but a hybrid format is also possible if needed
A.Target: Digital Health, Biotech and MedTech ventures, who: have a developed and marketable product/ services but need to identify the appropriate market; are close to launching their product in home market and are already setting up conditions for imminent international expansion and commercialisation; have already launched their product at home market and are ready for international expansion and commercialisation. B. Selection: Please note all EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders are very welcome apply and will be invited to an initial interview to determine if the service fits. C. This service is carried out in collaboration between EIT Health and specific market-specialised partner entities, who offer soft-landing services within a local market of your interest. The market offer is currently limited to markets within the European Union (including Switzerland and Uk/Ireland). D. The EIC Beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders will need to sign a service agreement with EIT Health, setting the legal and operational framework of the collaboration to benefit from the service. Internationalisation
Hourly rate varies from €60 to €500 depending on the innovation, healthcare sector and targeted market area(s). The full price will be adapted to the tailor-made service offer.
